Accessing Log Entries
Log entries can be viewed at any time.
To Access Log Entries:
- Navigate to the Logs Dashboard on the left side of any RFX screen.
- Click on any log row to expand and view the entries for that log.
Must Know! Only Super Admin, Full Access and Log Super Users for the facility will be able to see this function.
The table will display the following information:
- User – The last user to update the log entry.
- Due – The due date for the entry (entries are listed in descending order by due date).
- Last Updated – The date and time of the last update.
- Status – Missing, Incomplete, or Complete.
- Comments – Any comments associated with the log entry.
To Access Log Details:
- Click the View button
on the log row.
Within the Log Details screen:
- Log entries can be filtered by specific dates.
- Clicking on a log row will expand and show the full details of the entry.
- The Actions button provides the following options:
- Add Log Entry – Add a new log entry.
- Print Log Entries – Print a PDF of all logs currently viewed, based on the selected date range.
- Export – Export a CSV file of all log data currently viewed, based on the selected date range.
