Tracking Privileging Appointments Without Virtual Committee
Helpful Hint: This is typically used when adding a historical privileging appointment or tracking appointments without using the virtual committee.
- Create a privileging appointment. If needed, refer to Adding a Privileging Appointment.
- Do not add a Privileging Checklist
- Click Create Privileging
- Add documents to the Provider's File. If needed, refer to Adding a Document to a Provider.
- After adding the documents, click on Committee.
Generate Packet
- Click Generate Packet to create the packet.
- The packet will appear in the document viewer on the left.
Appointment Summary
- Click Manual for the Appointment Summary.
Committee Review
- Click Manual for Committee Review.
Approval Signatures
- Click Skip Signatures for Delineation of Privileges.
- Click Skip Signatures for Appointment Summary.
- Click Move to Finalize.
Finalize
- Add appointment dates if they are not already included.
- Uncheck the box to send the appointment letter.
- Click Finalize Privileging.
- Click Done at the top of the screen.
