Assigning Workflows to a Staff Document
Workflows are used to add specific functionality to documents, dictating what type of document is being used and what actions should be taken with it (i.e. OIG, Fillable Forms, etc)
Accessing Workflows:
- Click the Settings icon
at the top-right corner of any screen.
- From the Settings menu that appears in the top-left, select Staff Library.
Must Know! Only Super Admin and Full Access users for the facility will be able to see this area.
- To assign a workflow to a new document, click Add Item
.
- To add or modify a workflow to an existing document, click the pencil icon
next to the item.
- To add or modify a workflow to an existing document, click the pencil icon
- Select the desired workflow from the dropdown menu.
To use the workflow:
- Select the workflow.
- If a fillable form appears after selecting the workflow, choose the form that will be used for this workflow.
Types of Workflows:
- Fillable Form Workflow:
- MUST SELECT a Fillable Form to make it available for sending a request to complete.
- OIG Workflow:
- Option to enable monthly monitoring.
