Editing Fillable Forms

Accessing a Form to Edit: 

  • Once the form is added, it can be managed. 
    • If editing an existing form, click on the pencil iconScreenshot 2025-02-26 at 2.14.47 PMnext to the form. 

Editing the Form Name: 

  • The form’s name can be changed if desired. 

Adding Fields to the Form:

  • Enter the Field Name: This is required and will be the label shown on the form (optional to hide). 
  • Select the Column Type: Choose the appropriate type for the field. Here are the options: 
    • Checkboxes: Allows users to select one or more options. A checkmark appears when selected. 
    • Date: User enters a date in mm/dd/yyyy format. 
    • Dropdown: A box that reveals a list of predefined options. User selects one from the list. 
    • Mobile Scan: Enables the built-in scanner in the mobile app or allows file upload on a laptop/PC. 
    • Numeric: User can only enter numbers. 
    • Radio Button: Allows only one selection from a group of options. 
    • Richtext: A text field with formatting options (e.g., bold, italics, font styles, etc.). 
    • Signature: User can click the Sign buttonA blue sign with white text

Description automatically generated, which will capture the first name, last name, date, and time of the signature. 
    • Text Input: A free-form text field for entering letters, numbers, or symbols (e.g., name, email address, short message). 
  • Set the Field as Required
    • Select Yes if the field must be completed to mark the form as finished. 
    • At least one field must be required to activate the form. 
  • Hide the Field Label (Optional): 
    • Select Yes to hide the label from the form entry. 
    • If not selected, the field name will be shown as the label. 
  • Cancel or Add: 
    • Click Cancel to discard changes. 
    • Click Add to create the field. 

Helpful Hint: The form can have an unlimited number of fields.

Rearranging Fields: 

  • Hover over the field to move. 
  • Click and drag the field to the desired location. 
  • Release the click, and the field will move to the new position. 

Editing a Field:

  • Make the necessary changes. 
  • Click Cancel if the field was opened by mistake. 
  • Click Update once done with the changes. 

Deleting a Field: 

  • Hover over the field. 
  • Click the trash icon to delete the field. 
  • A prompt will appear asking to confirm the deletion. 

Helpful Hint: The form can be previewed at any time by scrolling to the top of the screen and clicking the Preview button. This will open a new tab and show what the form will look like.
