Editing Log Entries
Must Know! Only Super Admin, Full Access and Log Super Users for the facility will be able to see this function.
Log entries can be edited at any time.
Method 1: Edit Log Entry on the Dashboard
- Navigate to the Logs Dashboard on the left side of any RFX screen.
- Click on any log row to expand and view the entries for that log.
The table will display the following information:
- User – The last user to update the log entry.
- Due – The due date for the entry (entries are listed in descending order by due date).
- Last Updated – The date and time of the last update.
- Status – Missing, Incomplete, or Complete.
- Comments – Any comments associated with the log entry.
- To edit, click the pencil icon
next to the entry (this is available for entries marked as Complete, Incomplete, or Missing).
Method 2: Edit Log Details Using the View button
- Click the View button
on the log row.
Within the Log Details screen:
- Log entries can be filtered by specific dates.
- Clicking on a log row will expand and show the full details of the entry.
- To edit, click the pencil icon

Once finished editing (whether removing, adding new or missing information), click the Save & Done button in the top right corner to save the changes.
