You can add log entries in the web application or using our mobile application that is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Web Entry

You can add new log entries in the web application from two different places:

  1. The compliance logs dashboard, which is accessible from the Compliance Logs menu item on the left-hand side menu.

  2. The details screen for any log. You can get to the details screen from the compliance logs dashboard or by clicking a card on the main dashboard.

Compliance Logs Dashboard

The compliance logs dashboard will have several tabs based on the categories set up in the system.

Things to Know: Your access may be limited based on the access roles assigned to you. Super admins will always see all categories and logs.

The top of the dashboard has cards with some important stats to give you a quick view of your system.

  1. Total Logs

  2. Due Today

  3. Overdue

  4. Logs Compliance Issues

  5. Logs Expiring Items

Due Today

The due today tab will list any logs that are due today. They are listed by the time of day in which they are due. Items that are completed will be marked with a green checkmark. Items that are overdue for the day will be marked with a yellow exclamation mark.

Overdue

Logs that are currently overdue will be available on this tab. They are denoted here and in any other tabs with an orange exclamation mark.

Compliance Issues

Clicking here will take you to the Compliance Alerts section of the app. The Out of Compliance tab show logs that have items that are out of compliance and gives you the ability to remedy each.

Expiring Items

The other tab in the Compliance Alerts area shows you which logs have expiring or expired items and shows the date of each.

Add Log Entry

Each log will have a blue Add Log Entry button that you can use to add a log entry for the day. When you click this button, a dialog will show which has all the available fields for you to fill out. This is an exact view of the Preview Log link that is available during the log creation process.

Any alerts set up will show up in the dialog so you can reference them as you complete the log.

Things to Know: Data is not automatically saved on the web application. You will need to click the Save button to save your log entry.

Mobile Application

The mobile application is a very easy to use mobile app that can be used to complete your logs. When you log into the mobile app, you can navigate to the Logs page using the menu.

The application is divided into 2 parts, Due Today and All Logs.

Due Today

Due today will show cards for every log that is due today. Like the web application, these will be marked with different icons to indicate their status.

You can tap any card to start entering data for the log.

All Logs

All logs will display the categories and let you drill down into each one to add log entries.

Multi Page Entry

Logs that were set up with pre-populated rows will show up as multiple pages in the mobile app.

Things to Know: You can swipe left/right or tap the arrows to navigate the different pages.

Conditional Log Entry

Conditional logs will start by allowing you to add a page to complete. Select an option from the dropdown list and tap Add to add a page. You can add as many pages as you would like.

Things to Know: Data is automatically saved on the mobile application for all logs. As you enter data, you will see verification of the data successfully saving.

Log Completion

Logs are marked as complete if you complete all fields that are marked with a *. If no required fields were set up, then all fields must be completed for the log to be complete.

Conditional logs do not automatically complete. Because of the dynamic nature of conditional logs, you must complete the log yourself. At the bottom of the log entry screens you will see a ‘Mark as Complete for the Day’ button that you can use to complete the log.

Duplicate Log Entries

If you already completed a log for the day, the applications will warn you if you try to enter a second log entry for the day. If you would like to enter another entry, simply confirm that’s what you want to do.
