RFX gives you the convenience of using QR codes throughout your facility to help with log entry. The QR codes can be downloaded, printed, and even laminated so they can be placed throughout.

Example: Some facilities have placed multiple QR codes on a single piece of paper and placed this on a wall so they can easily scan and enter data, rather than navigating to the logs in the app.

Download and Print

You can download and print a QR code for any activated log. You can navigate to the Template Library using the Compliance Log Templates menu item under the gear icon at the top right of the screen.

In order to activate a log, click the Edit icon, then click the blue Activate link at the top of the screen.

Activated logs will have a QR icon that, when clicked, will automatically download an image of the QR code. The QR code image will also contain the name of the log for reference.

Scanning

You can scan any of these QR codes using your mobile camera. If the RFX mobile app is installed on the device, then scanning the QR code will automatically launch RFX and take you straight to the log so you can enter data.

Things to Know: If an entry already exists for the day, you will be prompted with a warning.

If you do not have permission to access the log, the app will not let you enter any data and will present you with a message.
