Historical data can be viewed at any time in the web application. You can view log entries in the web application from two different places:

  1. The compliance logs dashboard, which is accessible from the Compliance Logs menu item on the left-hand side menu.

  2. The details screen for any log. You can get to the details screen from the compliance logs dashboard or by clicking a card on the main dashboard.

Log Entries

Each log on the compliance logs dashboard can be clicked and expanded to see a quick view of all entries made and missing. This table will show:

  1. User – the last user to update that log entry

  2. Due – the due date for that entry

  3. Last Updated – the date and time of the last update

  4. Status – Missing, Incomplete, Complete

  5. Alert – a list of any out of compliance alerts that were triggered during the completion of the log

  6. Super admins will have the ability to edit and delete specific log entries

Log Details

You can access the log details using the details icon.

The log details screen will show all log entries and the data collected for each entry. The data is filtered by a date range that can be adjusted.

The actions button will give you access to the following functionality:

  1. Add Log Entry

  2. Print Log Entries – will print a pdf of all logs currently viewed by the date range

The Export Log Entries button will export a csv file of all log data currently viewed by the date range.

All data fields are visible on the details screen. You can even download any document scans and save them on your computer.
