There are several notifications that will get sent out for logs:
Expiration dates that are expired or expiring within 60 days
Severity β Low alerts
Severity β Medium alerts
Severity β High alerts
These notifications are only sent out once a log is completed. At that point, if any items are out of compliance, emails will be sent out to the assigned users.
You can set up these alerts when you add columns to the log. See Section 3: Creating Log Templates
Assigning Users
Users can be assigned to each of the notifications above inside the Notifications management area. You can access this area under the gear icon in the top right corner of RFX.
Things to Know: If no users are assigned, then all super admins will be notified.
If you click the edit icon next to each of the notification types, you can add or remove users that you want to be notified.
Things to Know: Only users with email addresses will be available to add.
