If you are using an Apple iPad in your facility, it will require some set up, so you are receiving updates to the RFX app automatically.
Things to Know: It is very important that you create an iTunes account for your facility, so you are always getting updates.
1. Make sure you have your wifi connected
2. Click Sign into your iPad and complete the steps. You will need to create a facility iTunes account if you do not have one already.
3. If prompted to finish the iPad setup, we recommend the following settings.
Touch ID: Select to setup later
Passcode: Select to not use a passcode
4. You can now download and install the RFX application from the app store. Once it is downloaded, tap the icon and sign in.
Things to Know: The application will automatically log users out after 15 minutes of inactivity for security reasons.
