On the Provider Credentialing dashboard, you can add providers one of three ways:

  1. NPI Lookup - pulls provider data from the NPPES NPI Registry

  2. Add Provider – single data entry for adding individual providers

  3. Import – allows CSV import of a list of providers. Once you upload your csv, you can map specific provider fields with columns in the csv.

Add/Edit Provider

The add/edit provider dialog provides you with 3 tabs for entering provider data.

Demographics – general provider information and industry specific items like NPI and Taxonomy

Things to Know: Make sure you enter the correct email address for the provider. This will be used to send them document requests. This will also be the email they will need to use when creating an RFX account to upload documents.

Additional Information – role, affiliation, and specialty.

Things to Know: The role you select on this tab will drive the packets that are generated for this provider.

Additional contact – the information entered on this tab will be used to CC someone in document request emails.

Things to Know: You will only see this menu item if you are set up as a Super admin user for your facility.
