RFX keeps you notified of what is happening with your staff and their documents. You will receive several different emails from RFX.
Things to Know: Only users set up as Super Admins will receive these notifications.
Weekly Notifications
Weekly notifications will be sent out every Wednesday morning. These emails will contain the following staff information:
Number of document uploads pending your approval
Monthly Notifications
A monthly credentialing email will be sent out on the 25th of every month. This email will contain the number of staff documents that:
Are expired
Expiring within the next 30 days
Expiring with the next 31-60 days
