RFX provides you with a simple, intuitive, yet powerful contract management system for your facility. This module was designed to house and manage all your contracts and agreements that you use to run your facility. Once your contracts are set up, RFX will notify you as things are coming up for expiration or require your attention, so you never miss anything important.

When you log into RFX, you will land on the main dashboard. On the main dashboard, you will see an expandable section called Contracts. Contracts with a notification coming due will appear here with a circled number showing the number of contracts in the category, if there are no contracts that need attention there will be a green checkmark present.

Main Menu

The main RFX menu on the left will have an icon and menu item for Contracts. This will take you to your contracts dashboard where you can manage all your contracts.
