On the Contracts dashboard, you can click the details icon to view your contract details. You will see one of two different icons, the default details icon or the at risk icon letting you know if your contract is at risk for any reason. You can also run your mouse over the info icon to get a quick glance at your contract details. This will allow you to view important information quickly, without the need to navigate to another screen.

You can navigate to the contract details page by either clicking the details icon shown above, or by clicking View Contract Details on the Actions menu in the grid.

At Risk

If your contract is at risk, you will see a large orange warning box at the top of the Details tab on the contract details screen. This warning box will tell you what items require your attention.

Currently, your contract will be flagged as at risk if:

  1. You are missing any of the required documents: Contract/Agreement, Pricing, BAA, or Liability Insurance.

  2. Your contract is pending auto renewal approval

  3. Your contract Vendor Cancellation Notification is due within 30 days
