RFX keeps you notified of what is happening with your contracts. You will receive several different emails from RFX.
Things to Know: Only users set up as Super Admins will receive these notifications.
Vendor Cancellation Deadline notifications
An email will be sent when the vendor cancellation notification deadline is 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days out. These emails will be individual per contract and will contain information about the contract that is set to expire.
Example: The contract expires on September 1 and has a 60 day Vendor Cancellation Notification. That means that you must notify the vendor by July 1 whether you want to renew the contract with them. RFX will send you notifications on April 1, May 1, and June 1, leading up to that deadline.
Weekly Notifications
Weekly notifications will be sent out every Wednesday morning. These emails will contain the following contract information:
Number of contracts pending auto renewal
Number of vendor document uploads pending your approval
Monthly Notifications
A Liability Insurance Expiration email will be sent out on the 25th of every month. This email will contain all contracts with Liability Insurance deadlines that have expired or are expiring within the next 60 days.
You can setup liability insurance deadlines on the Documents tab when editing a contract.
Things to Know: You will only receive this email if you have liability insurances set to expire.
