Export contract data to spreadsheets

RFX provides you with several different Excel exports that you can use to analyze your contracts. The Export button can be found at the top right of the contracts dashboard page.

Things to Know: Exports will take into account any filtering that you have set up on the contracts dashboard page. For example, if you have a filter for ‘service agreement’, then the exports will only contain those contracts. What you see is what will be in the export.

Contract Export

This export will contain the main data for the contract:

  1. Name and category/sub-category information

  2. Vendor information

  3. Contract dates including the notification deadline

  4. Required documents that are present or missing

  5. Status

  6. Additional Information field

Risk Export

This export will contain only the information that could put the contract at risk if missing or invalid:

  1. Name and category/sub-category information

  2. Full vendor information including contact information

  3. Contract start and end dates

  4. Required documents that are present or missing

Accounting Export

This export will contain information found in the Financial tab when editing the contract.

  1. Name and category/sub-category information

  2. Vendor information

  3. Contract dates including the notification deadline

  4. Financial information
