Logs Table View
Overview
For logs with more than 50 rows of entries, this new table view enhances usability across devices and streamlines data entry.
How to Access
- Navigate to a log known to have more than 50 rows of entries.
- Begin adding an entry as usual.
- In the center at the top of the log, switch to **Table View**.
Using the Table View
- Logs are grouped by location, represented as **tabs** on the left-hand side.
- For example, each tab might represent a drawer in a crash cart.
- Click on a tab to add entries specific to that location.
- This grouping helps match digital log rows with physical locations in your facility.
Visual Indicators
While viewing a tab, you’ll see real-time indicators to identify quickly:
- Gaps in data entry
- Expiring or expired items
These visual cues help ensure logs are fully completed and in compliance.
Notes & Tips
- Best used with logs related to physical areas (e.g., crash carts).
- Tabs should correspond to how equipment or supplies are physically organized.
- Designed for ease of use across desktops and mobile devices.
