Managing Evaluations
Evaluations for contracts can be managed and completed within RFX.
Adding an Evaluation:
- From the Main Contract Dashboard, click Contracts on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the Evaluations Tab.
- Click the Create Evaluation button in the top right corner.
Helpful Hint: Contracts marked with "Require Annual QA Evaluation" and are active during the selected date range will be automatically added to the evaluation. Additional contracts can be manually added after the evaluation is created.
- Enter the date range for the evaluation.
Once the evaluation is created, the period will be displayed. Expanding it shows the list of vendors, a brief description, evaluation status, and contract dates.
Completing Contract Evaluations:
- To evaluate an individual contract, click the blue “Incomplete” text in the contract line. This will open the evaluation form.
- The form includes a 1-5 rating scale for each area of evaluation.
- After rating, select a recommendation (Continue, Further Review, or Terminate). If terminating, choose a reason from the dropdown menu.
- Add any comments or additional information if needed.
- Once done, click Done. The blue text will change to "Complete."
You can make changes to the evaluation at any time until the evaluation period is locked.
Managing the Evaluation Period:
Each evaluation period has a white Actions button with the following options:
- Add Contract: Add additional contracts to the evaluation period.
- Attach and Lock: Prevent further changes to the evaluation period. A dialog box will ask for a signed evaluation document to lock it.

- Once locked, only the Download and Print options will be available.
- Print: Generate a printable version of all contracts and their individual evaluations at any time during the process.
- Delete: Remove the entire evaluation period.
