Making a Log Entry - Web
Web Entry can be completed in two areas:
Method 1: Main RFX Dashboard
- Navigate to the Main RFX Dashboard by clicking Dashboard on the left side of any RFX screen.
- Click on either Logs Due Today or Overdue Logs (if a number appears in the circle next to either option).
- Click the add button
next to the log that is due.
- Fill out the requested and/or required information for the log.
- Click Save & Done to complete the entry.
- For Conditional Logs, click Mark As Complete For The Day instead.
Must Know! Data will save as it is entered, but Save & Done needs to be clicked to mark the entry complete.
Method 2: Logs Dashboard
- Navigate to the Logs Dashboard by clicking Logs on the left side of any RFX screen.
- Click on the desired log category to filter the list, or search for the log directly:
Helpful Hint: Access to certain logs (e.g., Missing, Categories set by the facility) may be restricted based on user roles. Super Admins, Full Access users, and Logs Super Users have access to all logs.

Conditional Log Entry
- When completing a Conditional Log, start by selecting an option from the dropdown list to complete the first page.
- To complete additional pages within the log, click the Add button next to the page.
Duplicate Log Entries
Creating a duplicate log entry can be helpful when needing to correct a non-compliance log entry.
- If a log has already been completed for the day, the application will warn the user when attempting to enter a second entry.
- To proceed with a second entry, confirm the action when prompted.
HELPFUL HINT: Adding another log entry won’t automatically default to the entry for the following day.
