Creating Learning - Courses Packets

Courses that have been created can be added to a Course Packet (see Creating Learning - Courses). 

Step 1: Access the Learning Settings 

  • Click the Settings icon at the top-right of any screen. 
  • In the Settings menu that appears on the top-left, select Learning
  • Click Course Packets.   

Must Know! Only Super Admin and Full Access users for the facility can access this area.

Managing Course Packets

    There are several options available to manage course packets: 

    • Add a Course Packet: Click the Add Packet button. Once a course packet is added, the following options become available in the course row:
      • Add a Course to the Packet:  Click the white Actions button next to the course row, then select Add Course
      • View Course Packet Details: Click on the course packet to expand its information. 
        • Reorder Courses: Click the three dots to the left of a course to reorder it within the packet. 
      • Add a Course to the Packet:  Click the white Actions button next to the course row, then select Add Course.  
      • Delete a Course from the Packet: Click the trash can icon to the right of the course row. This will remove the course from the packet, but not from the system. 
      • Edit the Packet: Click the white Actions button next to the packet row, then select Edit Packet to change the packet’s name.   
      • Delete the Packet: Click the white Actions button next to the course row, then select Delete Packet.

    Assigning the Course Packet 

    The course packet can be assigned to learners. The individual courses within the packet will appear in the learner’s portal for completion. This allows tracking of which courses have been completed within the packet. For more details on assigning learning, see Assigning Learning
