Managing Compliance Issues

When a log entry triggers an alert that is NOT related to an expiration date, it will appear on the Compliance Issues screen.  To address log entries that trigger with an alert that is related to an expiration date, see Managing Expiring Items.

There are two ways to access this screen:

  • RFX Main Dashboard

  • Logs Dashboard

Must Know! Only Super Admin, Full Access and Logs Super users for the facility will be able to see this area. 

Managing the Compliance Issues Screen

  • Any log that triggers an alert will appear on this screen.
  • The logs are listed by name, category, and active issues.
  • To view more details about a log, click on the row to expand the entry.

Active Issues

  • Issues identified during log entry but that didn't require immediate action are marked with a magenta boxScreenshot 2025-02-26 at 9.10.54 AMcontaining a number.

Taking Action on Active Issues

There are two methods to take action on an active issue:

  •  Method 1: Click on the tool iconScreenshot 2025-02-26 at 9.10.41 AMin the row with an Active issue. 
  •  Method 2: Select the row by checking the box, then click the Take Action on Selected Issues buttonScreenshot 2025-02-26 at 9.10.30 AM

     

  • Click on the Action Taken or No Action bubble and enter any comments about the action taken.
  • Click the Complete button (or Complete Mass Remedy if multiple issues were resolved) when finished.

Reviewing Issues

To review an issue, click on the row of the log to expand the details. This will display the following information:

  • User
  • Log Due Date
  • Log Last Updated
  • Compliance Issue
  • Issue Status
  • Comments related to the issue status
  • Log entry details, which can be accessed by clicking the note iconScreenshot 2025-02-26 at 9.20.35 AM
