Step 2: Generate Appointment Summary 

  • If the summary is not generated, approval signatures will need to be uploaded manually. 
  • Click the Generate Summary box.

  • Review and ensure that all information is correct. Information can be added, edited, or deleted. Click Verify & Next after each section.

  • Click Preview Checklist to quickly review the checklist items if needed to update the Appointment Summary.

  • The Summary includes a section for signatures at the end.  These signatures capture the recommendation already made by the committee and final approval. Refer to the facility's Bylaws to understand how this process is organized.

  • Click the Generate and Attach PDF button      at the top of the screen to create the Appointment Summary PDF. 

If the Manual option is chosen, a PDF of all documents within the packet will be displayed.
