Provider Dashboard Overview
The Provider Dashboard helps administrators manage files, track expiring documents, and take necessary actions to stay compliant.
Access the Providers Dashboard
- Click on Providers on the left-hand side of the screen.
Dashboard Header
At the top of the provider dashboard, the header displays important information:
- Total number of active providers in the system
- Monitoring Alerts related to staff (for OIG, state license, etc)
- Providers with documents that are:

- Expired
-
- Expiring in the next 30 days
-
- Expiring in the next 31-90 days
Click on the Blue View link in each section to filter the provider grid. A filter box will appear above the grid. To remove the filter, click the X in the blue box.
Search
The quick search box at the top of the provider grid allows you to search for specific providers. To clear the search, click the X.
Categories
Providers are organized into three categories:
- Active Providers – Displays all active providers.
- Pending Requests – Shows providers with document requests that are either requested to upload or completed but need approval.
- Inactive – Displays providers marked as inactive.
Active Providers
This category organizes providers by the following information:
- Name
- Specialty
- Current Privileging Type
- Status (Active, Checklist Incomplete, Pending Completion, Expired)
- Monitoring Status:

- Green Checkmark – Everything is good

- Warning Symbol – Needs attention
-
- Red Exclamation – Critical issue
- View Button – Opens the provider’s file
MUST KNOW! Deleting a Provider is permanent and its contents may not be recoverable.
- Actions Button – Allows for editing provider information, requesting/adding documents, or deleting the provider. (For more details, see Adding a Provider)
This category organizes providers by the following:
- Name
- Role
- Specialty
- Last Upload- Displays the date and area of upload.
- Pending Review- Displays the number of documents that need facility review.
- Waiting for Upload- Displays the number of documents requested for upload by the provider (or delegate).
- View Button – Opens the provider’s file to the Pending tab to manage the requests. See Viewing the Provider File for more information.
Pending documents can also be viewed, commented on, and actioned from the customized tabs. See Managing Provider Tabs.
Provider Dashboard Actions
The Actions button in the provider dashboard offers several options:
- Add Provider – Add a new provider. (For more information, see Adding a Provider.)
- Import CSV – Import a list of providers.
- Export Provider List – Export a list of provider demographics and privileging information (including dates, appointment type, and status).
- Export Privileging Details – Export a list of providers with privileging details (excluding demographic information).
- Active Documents Report – Export a full list of all providers and their associated documents, with document status (expired, next due, verified, etc.).
- Expired/Expiring Documents Report – Export a list of documents expiring in the next 90 days or already expired.
- Pending Requests Report- Export a list of Last Upload, Pending Review and Waiting for Upload information.
- Send Mass Document Request – Send a document request (e.g., TB screening) to multiple providers at once.
